Dr Singh is the best doctor I have ever encountered in my whole life. He is caring, listens carefully and makes medical decisions that are in the best interest for the patient’s health and well-being. He is the only doctor I trust with my personal health. I have full confidence in his ability to identify and diagnose medical conditions. He is a super star!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today at the medical center. There was no receptionist on duty. There were doctors available, but we were not able to see them because the receptionist wasn't there to check our appointment and notify the doctor. I had an appointment with Dr. Deepa at 0830am. Several tasks were being handled by the pathologist. It was the pathologist who called Zara, who was supposed to be working at her desk, as well as the pathologist's clients who were waiting for their blood tests. It is understandable that she cannot accommodate all of the patients who are waiting. However, when the schedule began at 0830 a.m. for me and some others were waiting since 8 a.m., there should be a staff member at the desk to assist them. It is for this reason that people make appointments with doctors before visiting them. The pathologist did her utmost to accommodate all the patients waiting to be seen by the physician. Doctor’s are extremely nice and all the staff working at the centre, however today’s morning service was disappointing.

Terrible. First visit I was diagnosed completely incorrectly and dismissed. The second time, I came in for a follow up after surgery, and the doctor did not prescribe me correctly for Endone and I was rejected by pharmacies because she missed the important detail to also hand write the mg in the script - a strict requirement. I had to go back the next day and get it fixed in order to get my pain medication after a key hole laparoscopic surgery. These doctors don’t know what they’re doing.
